If it is 4 or less the first number stay the same. The rest of the number become zeroes...Therefore, your answer should be 50.00 = 50....So, your answer for your question should be .60 because the farthest number is 6 not the zero the number next to the six is 4. Your answer should look like this 0.64 = 0.60.
