For scientific notation move the decimal to the left or right so the result is a one digit whole number, followed by the decimal, followed by whatever decimal numbers. If you move to the left it's x10 raised to the number of spaces moved to the left. If you move to the right it's x10 raised to the negative number of spaces moved to the right.

.1875 is } and rounded to two decimal places it's (round up if the number before the 5 is odd and leave it as is if it is even. 7 is odd so round up.)
