How do I round to the indicated decimal place.
63.7937 thousandths
The thousandths place is the 3rd digit to the right of the
decimal point.
The 4th digit to the right determins the rounding off process.
Since that digit is 7 you should round UP the thousandth digit.
Result: 63.794
