.50 the rule is -- if the digit to the immediate right of the digit to be rounded is 5 or greater then you add one to the digit being rounded and zero all digits to the right of the rounded digit.
If the digit to the right of the digit to be rounded is 4 or less then you leave the digit as is and zer0 all the digits to the right of the rounded digit.
