0.9 is rounded to the nearest tenth.
Usually there is an additional integer to the right of the tenth position when rounding thus:
.943 rounded to the nearest tenth=.9 (rule: if integer to the is 0 to 4 = no change and zero all integers to the right of the position rounded.)
.97 rounded to the nearest tenth=1.0 (rule: if integer to the right is 5 to 9 then add one and zero all integers to the right of the position rounded.)
