The table has the integers and the sum of their digits. Three of these have a sum of digits that is prime, 47, 49, and 52.
47 is prime so it has only two factors, itself and 1
so it only has two prime factors, 7 and 7, plus itself and 1. But you can't really call 1 a factor, so this has just 3 factors
and has three prime factors, 2, 2, and 13, plus itself and 1. Therefore 4 factors.
