57) 10 to the negative 5th power
10^-5 = 0.00001
----------------
58) 10 to the negative 8th power
10^-8 = 0.00000001
-----------------------
59) 4 times 10 to the negative first power
and
4*10^-1 = 4*0.1 = 0.4

60) 6 times 10 to the negative 4th power
6*10^-4 = 6*0.0001 = 0.0006

10^-3 OR 1. WITH AN EXPONENT OF -3 EQUALS .001
10^-5=.00001
10^-8=.00000001
4*10^-1=.4
6*10^-4=.0006
