For me, the most easiest way in solving problems like this is by canceling the decimals first. Let us take the first problem.
Tmost number of decimal places is .78 and has 2 decimal places, therefore, to cancel it, we must multiply all terms by 100.
There, we have canceled the decimals. Now we can procede on solving the problem. Isolate the variables on the left side.
Divide both sides by 100.
Now we get the final answer.
Just do the same for the other problems. The solutions are as follow.
In this case, let us simplify first the equation.
Then procede as usual.
