I have been working on this for 2 hours, and cannot find an equation that works! Help!

L+2W=60 ... L=60-2W ... L*W=352 ... W(60-2W)=352 ... 60W-2W^2=352 ... W^2-30W+176=0

factoring gives (W-8)(W-22)=0 ... so W=8 and W=22 ... since W is less than L, 8 is the correct value

L=60-2(8) ... L=44
