Question 984953: Determine whether function is linear, exponential, or neither. If the function is linear, exponential , find the function that models the data.
x= -1,0,1,2,3
f(x)= 1/7,1,7,49,343
I solved for it being an exponential function but I am stuck on finding the model for the data. I figured out that the constant is 7 so I am taking a guess that it is either f(x)=1(7)^x or fx=6/7(7)^x or maybe neither and I am just wrong. Can you help? Thank you!

   -1
    0
    1
    2
    3

Therefore

My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
