You could just do this exhaustively. The only possibilities are 43, 52, or 61. It only makes sense to have the larger digit first because the number is supposed to be bigger than when you interchange the digits.
Checking 43, we see that 2 * 34 = 68 is already larger than 43.
Checking 52, we see that 2 * 25 = 50. Then 50 + 2 = 52 and so 52 is two more than two times the number formed by interchanging its digits. The numbers are 52 and 25.
