LET X+6 BE WHAT YOUR FRIEND SPENT
X+X+6=25
2X=25-6
2X=19
X=19/2
X=$9.50 AMOUNT YOU SPENT.
9.50+6=15.50 AMOUNT YOUR FRIEND SPENT.
