They bought 2.5 pounds of peanuts for $1.30 per pound. 4 pounds of cashews for $4.50 per pound, and 2 pound of almonds for $3.75 per pound.
total value of the nuts bought
2.5*1.3+4*4.5+2*3.75
= $28.75
Total weight=10 pounds
price of mix = 28.75/10
=2.88
$2.88 price of mix
