What do you mean, "Samuel has to sell concert tickets worth at least $90"?

Using the rest of your description, y for quantity of child tickets, x for quantity adult tickets, prices as given,

Your first sentence now appears to imply, .
Solving for y, obtain ;
An actual hand-made graph would have the line made solid, and the half-plane above the line would be shaded. ALSO, you must NOT include anything in quadrants 2, 3, or 4. You would not expect to sell negative child tickets and would not expect to sell negative adult tickets. Further, you are restricted to WHOLE values for x and y.
