In a 3 digit number green%28xyz%29, 

the hundreds digit is 2 more than the ten digit: x+=+y+%2B+2 

the unit digit is 2 less than the tens digit:    z+=+y+-+2

If the sum (x + y + z) of the digit is 18 find the number.

    (y+2) + y + (y-2) = 18

            3y = 18

             y = 6,  x = 8  and z = 4

Number is 864
