Reforming the count relation between x and y,
, but maybe easier is make a substitution for x instead INTO the cost account equation.

Mistake seems to be relation between pears and tomatos.
tomatos+8=pears, for eight more pears than tomatos.
x+8=y, based on how I assigned the variables.
