a + 400 = 0.75(b-400)
b+200 = (7/2)a

Rearrange 1st equation::
a + 400 = 0.75b-300
a - 0.75b = -700
a = 0.75b-700

Rearrange 2nd equation:
3.5a - b = 200

Substitute and solve for "b":
3.5(0.75b-700) -b = 200

3.5*0.75b - 2450 -b = 200
