Question 749638: You buy a total of 50 turkey burgers and veggies burgers for $90. You pay $2 per turkey burger and $1.50 per veggie burger.
I have to write 2 equations to represent the situation then solve them. I have come up with 2t + v= $90 and t + 1.50= 50 which I then subtracted the two equations and came out with v=5 and t=42.5 which can't be the answer since their is a total of 50.
Thank you for you time :)
