L=W+1.5
P=2L+2W
63=2(W+1.5)+2W
63=2W+3+2W
63=4W+3
4W=63-3
4W=60
W=60/4
W=15 ANS. FOR THE WIDTH.
L=15+1.5=16.5 ANS FOR THE LENGTH.
PROOF:
63=2*16.5+2*15
63=33+30
63=63
