Answer by checkley79(3341)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1.70+.10x=1.55+.15x
.10x-.15x=1.55-1.70
.05x=.15
x=.15/.05
x=3 miles ans.
Proof:
1.70+.10*3=1.55+.15*3
1.70+.30=1.55+.45
2.00=2.00
