A person invested $17,000 for one year, part at 10%, part at 12%, part at 15%. The total annual income from these investments was $2,110. The amount of money invested at 12% was $1,000 less than the amount invested at 10% and 15% combined. Find The amount invested at each rate.

0.10a + 0.12b + 0.15c = 2110
b = (a+c-1000)

Rearrange and modify:
a + b + c = 17000
10a + 12b + 15c = 211000
a - b + c = 1000

Using any method you know, solve for a, b, c:
a = 4000
b = 8000
c = 5000
