Length = 3 x
deck width = 2.5
Area of pool = x*( 3 x) Area of deck= 265
width including deck= x + 5
length including deck= ( 3 x +5 )
Total area = ( x + 5 )*( 3 x + 5 )
( x + 5 )*( 3 x + 0 5 )- x*( 3 x+ )
3 X^2 + 5 x+ 15 x + 25 - 3 X^2 +
20 x + 25 = 265
20 x = 240
/ 20
x= 12 Meters width of pool
36 Meters length of pool
CHECK
17 * 41 = 697 M^2
12 * 36 = 432 M^2
