Question 490589: f(x)=(4-3x).f(3) how do i solve
Answer by nerdybill(7384)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
replace the 'x' with a 3 and solve:
f(x)=(4-3x)
f(3)=(4-3(3))
"order of operations" mandate that we do the multiply first:
f(3)=(4-9)
f(3)= -5
