b=-.01(t^2+80t+1600)+16
b=-.01(t+40)^2+16 (This is a parabola of the form, y=(x-h)^2+k, (h,k) being the (x,y) coordinates if the vertex.) This given equation shows that the maximum yield of 16 bushels per acre is attained when the number of trees per acre=40.  Since 40 trees per acre gives the maximum yield, I would advise a farmer to plant about 200 trees on 5 acres of land.
