All of the lines have different slopes, so any two lines will intersect at exactly one vertex. To find the vertex defined by, for example, 4x+y = 1 and 2x-y = 5, solve them as if you are solving a system of two equations. Repeat this for the other two pairs of equations (it's somewhat tedious, but it's the only way...).
