Multiply thru the bottom equation by 3
=================
4s + 3j = 109.85
18s +3j = 3*94.95

Subtract and solve for "s":
14s = 175
--
s = $5.36 (cost of one shirt)

Substitute and solve for "j":
6(5.36)+j = 94.95
