3-5(x+2)=3(x+1)+6
solution:
3-5*x-5*2 =3*x+3*1+6
3-5x-10 =3x +3+6
-5x-7=3x+9
taking the like terms together
-5x-3x=9+7
-8x=16
x=16/-8
x=-2
