10% acohol =10 quarts
Mixture25% = 10+x quarts
..
x+0.1*10=0.25(10+x)
x+1 = 2.5 +0.25x
x-0.25x= 2.5-1
0.75x=1.5
x= 2 quarts of 100% acohol
