f = 4s

In 2015:
f + 10 = 3(s+10) - 10
f + 10 = 3s + 30 - 10
f + 10 = 3s + 20
f = 3s + 20 - 10
f = 3s + 10
Replace f with 4s, find s:
4s = 3s + 10
4s - 3s = 10
s = 10 yrs old in 2005
