Question 314521: how do you figure out the problem x-10x=81
Answer by eshomali(33)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
X-10X = 81
Since there are two X terms that are the same, just do X minus 10X (which is the same as 1 minus 10) and you get -9X.
So, -9X = 81
Divide -9 on both sides and you get:
X= -9
