THE DISTANCES ARE THE SAME THUS SET THE 2 EQUATIONS EQUAL & SOLVE FOR T.
80T=96(T-.25)
80T=96T-24
80T-96T=-24

T=1.5 HOURS AFTER TRAIN LEAVES THEY WILL MEET.

80*1.5=96(1.5-.25)
