Answer by Paul(988) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
20x+34y=504
20x=504-34y
x=25.2-1.7y (subsitution)
15x+17y=327 (subsitute for x)
15(25.2-1.7y)+17y=327
378-25.5y+17y=327
SImplify
-8.5y=-51
y=6
x=25.2-1.7(6)
x=25.2-10.2
x=15
Hence, the roses costs about $6 while the caranition cost about $15.
