Knowing this, you imply plot the y-intercept, which is (0,4). Then, take your slope to find other points, and you can make the line. Do this by using the idea of "rise-over-run", meaning that when a slope is a fraction, (5/3), from any point on the line, (you will use the y-intercept), you go over 5 units, and up 3 units.
