Answer by xcentaur(357)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the angle be x

its complement=(90-x)
its supplement=(180-x)

acc to the question,
(supplement)+38=3(complement)
(108-x)+38=3(90-x)
108+38-x=270-3x
146=270-3x+x
146-270=-3x+x
-124=-2x
124=2x
2x=124
x=62

Hope this helps,
