How many miles does Gabriella need to walk on each of the last 16 days of the month to reach her goal? I need the equation and the answer. Thanks!!

If x is the number of miles she walks each of the remaining 16 days, then 16x is the number of miles she walks total for those 16 days, so that number plus the 24 miles she has already walked must equal 60 miles.
Add -24 to both sides:
