I need a little help with these 2 problems in putting them in rational form.
-3(x + 5)+3=12 and 2/3x + 1/6x=2
-------------
Do you want to solve for x?
-3(x + 5)+3=12
-3x - 15 +3=12
-3x - 12 = 12
-3x = 24
x = -8
------------
2/3x + 1/6x=2
4/6x + 1/6x = 2
5/6x = 2
12x = 5
x = 5/12
