ASSUMING THESE ARE 2 COMPLEMENTARY ANGLES THEN:
(4X+2)+(5X-13)=90
9X-11=90
9X=90+11
9X=101
X=101/9
X=11.222
(4*11.222+2)=44.888+2=46.888 FOR ONE ANGLE.
(5*11.222-13)=56.11-13=43.11 FOR THE OTHER ANGLE.
PROOF
46.888+43.11=90
90=90
----------------------------------------
IF THESE 2 ANGLES ARE SUPLEMENTARY ANGLES THEN:
2*46.888=93.776 FOR ONE ANGLE.
2*43.11=86.22 FOR THE OTHER ANGLE.
PROOF
93.776+86.22=180
180=180
