Let "a" be the measure of angle A.

Then the measure of angle B is  3a+22  degrees, according to the condition,
and  the measure of angle C is   a+53  degrees.


The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is 180 degrees, which gives you this equation

    a + (3a+22) + (a+53) = 180.


Solve it and find "a", the measure of angle A.


Then find the measures of angles B and C.
