10 laps take 10*8 = 80 minutes.


More than 10 laps take more than 80 minutes.


ANSWER.  Any number of minutes (not necessary integer number), greater than 80.

         I am saying "not necessary integer number", because the last lap can be incomplete ---

         the problem says nothing about it.

In whole, the problem is more than simple.
