find the equation that relates V and T

The slope coefficient is the ratio of the value increment  of  4000-10000 = -6000  to the time increment of 4 years.


So the slope is   = -1500  (in dollars per year).


Now the value equation is  V(T) = 10000 - 1500T  dollars.    ANSWER
