(1) Divide 5490 by 9 to find the speed, A, against the wind
(2) Divide 5820 by 6 to find the speed, B, with the wind
(3) The speed of the plane, C, is the average of A and B
(4) The speed of the wind is the difference between C and A (or between C and B)
