What?

--------------------------------------------------------------
12½kg of beef and each kg costs $4,00,7 ¾ of pork is $3,50.
-------------------------------------------------------------
              PRICE ($/kg) QUANTITY COST

BEEF 4.00 12.5 kg

PORK 7.75 3.5 dollars

Either the description or the question or both are faulty.

Clearly English is not the native language of the person who made the post....Or, I certainly HOPE it is not!!

Almost certainly the question is simply how much more is 12 1/2 kg than 7 3/4 kg. The costs per kg of the beef and pork are apparently irrelevant.

12 1/2 - 7 3/4
12 2/4 - 7 3/4
11 6/4 - 7 3/4

ANSWER: 4 3/4 kg more
