b=4s+8
4s+8+4s=40
8s+8=40
8s+8-8=40-8
8s=32
8s/8=32/8
s=4
b=4*4+8=24

Let p=calories in pie, i=caloris in ice cream
p=3i-20
i+3i-20=500
4i-20=500
4i-20+20=500+20
4i=520
4i/4=520/4
i=130 calories
p=3*130-20
=390-20=370 calories
