The circumfrence is the distance around the circle. By definition, pi is the ratio of the circumfrence to the diameter. the diameter is 2 times the radius. So, C=2(pi)(r). That's one of the circles. The other circle is same as the first. Multiple it by 2. so the answer is 4(pi)(r)
