let one side be x
the other will be x+2
Area = x(x+2) =99
x^2 +2x =99
x^2+2x+1= 99+1
x^2+2x+1=100
(x+1)^2= 100
x+1=+/-10
take positive value
x=10-1
x=9
The sides are 9,11
