Before posting your problems, you should consider proper formatting.
$29 comma 000 should be $29,000
$2 comma 600 should be $2,000
Writing out comma only makes your problem more complicated.

In that version the word "comma" was absent, so I solved it.
In this version, the word "comma" does present, therefore I didn't touch it.
The meaning of this word is in that they obtain the message by phone from somewhere and from some-whom
and then print and post it to the forum. They print it as they hear it, word-in-word.
When they obtain our solution, they dispatch it to the address they know.
That's all. Clear as a day.
