Is this a question of selling these two items? The 18 members on the team should be unimportant.

SOLD: 3 sweatshirts and 15 t-shirts. You want this to be $180 ?

I wonder what this person will do 1st. Go to another site and give his wrong answers, which are about 95%, or stop making mistake after mistake after mistake?
Multiply the number of sweatshirts by the sale price, and the number of T-shirts by the sale price. I can tell you one thing for sure, it's NOT, and NEVER will be $252.
WRONG, WRONG, WRONG ======> 3*9+15*15
