Question 1095565: The problem is "STUGO is selling peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to the school. A local bakery is donating the bread, but they need to purchase the peanut butter and jelly. They decide to put twice as much jelly in the sandwich than peanut butter because peanut butter costs $3.00 per pound and jelly costs $2.50 per pound. If the group has $40.00 to spend, how many pounds of each should they buy to maximize their profits?"
I do not know how to make an equation out of this problem in order to solve it, any help would be great.
