x and 22-x are the parts
(2/3)x=(1/4)(22-x)=5.5-(1/4)x
(11/12)x=5.5=11/2
(x/12)=(1/2)
multiply through by 12
x=6
one part is 6, the other 16
(2/3) of 6 is 4, and that is 1/4 of 16.
