2x^2-3x-317=0
x=(1/4)(3+/- sqrt (9+2536); sqrt(2545)=50.447
x=53.447/4 or 13.361 or 13.4 feet length
and 23.724 feet width or 23.7 feet
their product is 318.92 ft^2
using three decimal places, 13.361*23.724=316.98 ft^2
